WHAT QUALIFIES AS PROOF OF A PRICE WHEN REQUESTING A PRICE MATCH?
When submitting your ticket you will be asked to supply the URL to the site so the publicly listed price can be verified. We will compare this with the shipping and handling listed for that item.*

Identical: The item in question has the same brand, manufacturer, features, size, color, and manufacturer's model number.
In-Stock: The item must be in-stock at the online retailer's website and on Royal Swimming Pools.com at the time of the price match request. We will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in stock
Competitor: USA based online company
Shipping & Handling Prices: The price of the competitor’s listing as well as that item’s shipping and handling fees will be compared to Royal Swimming Pools price plus shipping and handling fees. If our total price is lower once these areas are compared, we will not match the price of the individual item. Shipping and handling will be taken into consideration.
